winXP(Double password in Welcome screen)

The following instructions will create the password before welcome screen.

Follow the following steps...
1. System32
2. syskey.exe
3. Make sure the encryption enable is selected.
4. Update.
5. Select the password Startup.
6. Enter The Password & Confirm password.
7. OK
